These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and depo89 ("depo89", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at depo89.click ("Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content available through the Platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or accessing any Services. depo89 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering an Account as an agent, proxy, or representative of any other person or entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of depo89 or any affiliated company, unless express written consent has been granted.
• You have not previously had an Account on the Platform that was closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a Self-Exclusion order that is currently active on the Platform.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to update your Account information promptly should any details change. depo89 may, at its sole discretion, require documentary verification of any information provided, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identification (e.g., MyKad, passport);
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within three months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement showing account holder name).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to have been conducted by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a link).

depo89 reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

All Account transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following general terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Accepted payment channels include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, USDT, and BTC.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time. Delays arising from third-party payment processors are outside depo89's direct control.
• All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is under 3 minutes for most approved requests.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. This requirement exists as part of our anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations.
• depo89 reserves the right to apply additional KYC verification steps before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals, large amounts, or requests that trigger internal risk thresholds.
• Any winnings generated using Bonus Funds remain subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• depo89 does not charge processing fees on standard MYR withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawal network fees may apply and are borne by the User.

depo89 offers a range of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP rewards. The following terms apply to all promotions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Users only. Eligibility criteria are specified on the relevant promotion page.
• A User may claim only one welcome bonus per Account, household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus Funds must meet the applicable Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Where a withdrawal is requested while a Wagering Requirement is outstanding, depo89 reserves the right to deduct Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until Wagering Requirements are fully met.
• depo89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect bonus funds that have already been credited to an Account prior to the change taking effect.
• Suspected abuse of any promotion — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage, or exploitation of system anomalies — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

depo89 offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery products, and arcade titles. The following general rules govern the use of all gaming and betting Services:

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. depo89 reserves the right to suspend markets, limit stakes, or void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match manipulation concerns, or data feed disruptions.
• Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been confirmed, except where an error is demonstrated to have occurred on the part of depo89.
• In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that sport and event type.
• Live / in-play bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — whether due to data delays or any other reason — will be voided.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published within individual game information panels.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, the bet placed during that round will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account balance.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment is processed.

7.3 Lottery

• Lottery draws are conducted according to the rules of the specific game type selected. Results are final once the draw is completed and verified.
• Prizes are credited to the User's Account Balance upon settlement.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of Account Balance, and/or referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity;
• Employing automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — any such errors must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage, or coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent the Platform's risk management systems;
• Charging back or reversing deposits after gambling activity has taken place;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing depo89 staff or other users.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the depo89 brand name, logo, software, text, graphics, images, audio-visual content, and game assets — is the exclusive property of depo89 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of depo89.

depo89 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

We use personal data collected during registration and ongoing platform use for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data, where such access results from a failure of your own security measures;
• Any loss arising from reliance on information, odds, or content provided on the Platform;
• Events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit depo89's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, depo89's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising in connection with their Account shall not exceed the total amount of real money funds deposited by that User during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Termination by User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon verification of your identity, your Account will be closed and any remaining real money Balance (less applicable pending bonus amounts) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

13.2 Termination by depo89: depo89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• depo89 is required to do so by law, regulation, or competent authority;
• depo89 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• The User's continued use of the Platform presents a risk to other users, the integrity of games, or the operational security of the Platform.

Where an Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, depo89 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and any funds associated with detected fraudulent activity.

depo89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users by email or via an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 13.1 above.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Both parties agree to use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause prevents depo89 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it determines such relief is necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the Platform.
